Delivery

Our Shipping Rates are calculated based on the products in your shopping cart and your destination post code.  We currently use Australia Post E-Parcel, Australia Post Express E-Parcel, Couriers Please, Allied Express, TNT, Toll and Aramax Couriers for our deliveries. We use Shippit to ensure that you are kept informed throughout the delivery process with tracking and notifications that you give you live estimated time of arrival, updates and delays.

Express Shipping

Should you require an item from our store a little faster we also offer Australia Post Express E-Parcel at checkout.  The Express Post charge will be calculated based on the items chosen and your destination post code. 

Extra Cover

Please select if you would like to protect your purchase against loss or damage during delivery.   This option is to ensure that you are compensated should something happen to your purchase.

Kidkraft Orders

Kidkraft items are large and are drop shipped to your address from the Kidkraft warehouse in Sydney Australia. No shipping option is available to select for these items. Kidkraft Items are noted Shipping POA. You will be contacted following receipt of order with regarding to shipping cost where your payment for shipping will be taken over the phone.

Packaging

At Knock On Wood Toys we take great care when packaging your order to ensure it arrives in good condition. We try to be environmentally friendly and look to pack all large orders in packing that is recycled from a supplier.
